Fan Sites (In Alphabetical Order)
Chayanne has inspired some of the best on the web. Each one has
something a little different to offer, so make sure to sample them
all.
Aquí está Chayanne (www.angelfire.com/ri/mlespier/index.html)
Make sure you wait for the opening entry page to finish loading
when you visit Aquí está Chayanne so you can see all of the small
photos of him which load over the site name. Migdalia's snazzy,
red and black, Spanish language site has won several awards, and
features a search engine as well as the usual photos, links, lyrics
and news. The site is hosted at Angelfire, and has pop-up ads.
Cafe Chayanne (www.cafechayanne.org)
Built on the theme of a Café (Serving Chayanne 24 Hours a Day),
this popular site is one of the larger English language Chayanne
sites on the web. Lots of photos, fan fiction, poetry, chat and
multiple message boards (Heart Healthy and the Bar, to name a couple)
make the Café a must-see for any Chayanne fan. Some fans do post
at the Café in Spanish, and other fans or staff try to make sure
an English translation is provided.
Chayanne! (hometown.aol.com/sck863/myhomepage/tunes.html)
Photos, photos, more photos, and then, some photos. Susie is
the Membership Director over at Chayfans, and her site at AOL is
a photo-fest you will NOT want to miss. Chayanne on stage, in DWM,
at home, in a jeep, you name it, she's got it. This site is in English,
and has convenient links on every page to Chayfans.org. There are
no pop-up ads here; the site uses frames (very unobtrusively, at
the top), so your browser will need to be able to handle that.
Chayanne, Página no Oficial (home.coqui.net/aurora9/index2.htm)
Carmen's Spanish language site has a nice list of Chayanne's many
awards in addition to the usual information. There is also a section
on Chayanne's work with Los Chicos. Make sure you see the photo
section here - there are some from Chayanne's appearances in Puerto
Rico, and you can't miss the one of him licking what looks like
cake off his fingers. The main bulk of this site is hosted at Xoom,
so it uses frames, but there are no pop-up ads.
Chayanne's Corner (www.rforest.net/aly/chayanne.htm)
Aly's English language Chayanne Corner is inside her main site.
She has facts, photos, sound clips, links, and lyrics in Spanish.
She has one of those dancing Chayanne gifs near the bottom of her
page. And, Aly is from Chayanne's home, Puerto Rico. Check it out!
Chayanne's Place (www.angelfire.com/ca/chayanne/)
This nice looking Spanish language site has a high tech feel to
its navigation bars. The first banner you see uses that yummy Playgirl
beach photo, you know the one! There are quite a few photos here,
and the site is graphic intensive, so you may have to wait a bit
the first time you visit, but it's worth it. The site is hosted
at Angelfire, and has pop-up ads.
Chayfans (www.chayfans.org)
This site is the grandmother of them all. Formerly known as Solamente
Tu Amor, this award-winning site is presented in three languages
(English, Spanish and French). Chayfans has lots of
everything Chayanne. The fans who frequent Chayfans are devoted
and active. Don't miss it.

Media Sites
These are miscellaneous media sites where you can find Chayanne.
Daisy Mae Queen (go.to/los40)
Daisy is a radio personality in Argentina, and she is great friends
with Chayanne. Her site is in Spanish, of course, but she does speak
English, and she posts now and then over at Chayfans. Click on Fotos
and then on Chayanne to see what she's got out there currently.
The site is hosted at Xoom and uses frames, but there are no pop-up
ads.
El Nuevo Día Interactivo (endi.zonai.com/especial/chayanne/)
This is a news site from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the section
they have on Chayanne is wonderful. It's all in Spanish, but the
photo collection is great, and in the Historias section they have
not only a biography, but a calendar showing what Chayanne did when
both in the past and during the current year.
TV Now (www.tv-now.com/stars/chayanne.html)
This site will tell you where you can see Dance With Me for the
current month.

Official Sites (In Alphabetical Order)
The good news is that there are some official sites for Chayanne
on the web. The other good news is that there are lots of fan sites
for Chayanne on the web. Here are the official ones we know about.
Chayanne (www.chayanne.net)
This is the Chayanne web site developed and maintained by Sony Music
Latin America. I'd like to say it's best viewed in one browser or
another, but the fact is, the color scheme on some of these pages
will give you a headache no matter how you view it. There are broken
image files, old calendars, JAVA code that doesn't work. But, there
is a screen saver you might like, a photo gallery, a biography,
and they have some audio clips and some video clips from the music
videos (neither of which would play on my computer).
Chayanne Fan Club (www.chayannefanclub.com)
The fan club is being reorganized. This site currently contains
only the mailing address, phone number and hours of operation for
Chayanne's management company, Chaf Enterprises.
Sony Music Argentina (www.sonymusic.com.ar)
This site is entirely in Spanish. Click on Artistas, then scroll
down until you see Chayanne's name, and click on the link or on
the little picture of the album cover. Click on Noticias to look
for announcements concerning Chayanne; click on Buscar and enter
Chayanne's name in the search box to see every mention of his name
on the site. Clicking on the name of the album from the artist page
will take you to a page which has sound clips, and lists the rankings
and gold and platinum listings for the most recent album in Argentina,
Uruguay and Paraguay. This site had the most up-to-date information
on tour dates and venues during the last tour. And, they show a
link to send email to Chayanne at chayanne@usa.net.
I don't know of anyone who has confirmed where this email actually
goes, but give it a try.
Sony Music Latin America (www.sonymusiclatin.com)
This appears to be the main site for Sony Music Latin America. Like
most of their artist's sites, it is not nearly as complete as one
might expect for such a large company. Click on Tune In and then
on Artists and then on Chayanne (if you have a Java-compatible browser
you can use the "remote control"). Once again, I couldn't
get the videos to work. Some photos (you'll find more on any fan
site), a biography, and a news section, but this site refers to
1998 as "the present". We'll have to check during the
next tour to see if that section is kept up to date.
