Hi Robbye,
I had a couple of problems at first also, because of the time restraints while ordering. Also, when I got to the section that asked how I wanted my ticket delivered, there wasn't an option I could use because all of my bills and mail come to a Post Office Box and they couldn't deliver the ticket by UPS with a P.O. Box. The only other option was Standard Mail. In that case, their only guarantee is they'll have your ticket to you by 48 hours before the event. That's cutting it too close for me. So, I called Ticketmaster in my city and told them the situation. They told me the Miami Arena isn't set up to take "Fast Tickets" but they could hold my ticket at "Will Call." So, that's what I did. I may have to wait in line when I get to the concert but at least I'll have my ticket. Isn't it strange, nothing is ever as simple as we think it should be, is it? Now I have to deal with another delemma. I waited too long to order my plane ticket hoping the fare would go down, and now all the cheap flights are booked. I'm kind of new at this traveling thing--and it looks like I'm learning--the hard way (LOL)!!
